Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated on the fourth day of the bright fortnight of the month of Bhadrapada every year. According to belief, Lord Ganesha was born on this day of Madhyahan Karl on Monday with Swati Nakshatra and Leo Ascendant. Hence, it is considered to be the most important Ganesh Chaturthi or Vinayaka Chaturthi. Also known as Kalank Chaturthi, in some areas he is also known as Danda Chauth.
